I would only teach a woman thats 21-25. Anything over they should know better IMO.

All that equals is a cycle of "serial dating" where the man becomes "frustrated" and "bitter" because he zones in on the "risks/issues" instead of UNDERSTANDING that the risk/issues comes within the entry point itself....

Good question . The way we typically invest is through time, money, energy and emotion.
It aint too many realistic, practical ones. But an example could be a girl helping you start a business, moving with you to a new location and starting over so you could start a new job, buying you certain gifts or planning and paying for activities that you like. A lot of it comes down to being submissive really
The way i see it these things give her skin in the game and wont completely eliminate her desire to leave if things get tough, but will at least reduce the likelihood significantly.
In terms of the age i agree they should know better but young girls tend to think they are invincible and are hard of hearing. The only way most learn is through negative or humbling experiences

i dont think that is the mistake dudes in here make. in fact i think its the opposite, assuming that there is differentiation between burger king, mcdonalds and wendy's when at the end of the day, they all serving burgers, fries and high fructose corn syrup with slight differences in the flavors and appearance.

Imma keep it a buck and your post is spot on somewhat but I don’t think there’s ANY amount of investment on her end that’s gonna reduce or keep a woman from exiting your life. I say this as a man that’s witnessed women in my past and women in other men’s lives invest heavily with respects to financially, emotionally, and time and they still walked away from the situation.
With that being said, I’ve been focused on self improvement financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually which helps me be the BEST option a woman has at any given time. I think that’s the key when it comes to women and whether they will exercise their options. And hell they STILL might leave. But that’s ok. It is what it is.
