I know guys mention even on TLR that game can be overrated, then you see stuff like this and it shows clearly its UNDERRATED.. I have been in those spaces and I dont know how you can spend that type of money on one person and not get anything out of it.. Its almost unbelievable..

Take some magnesium. It's known as the "chill" pill.

I had social anxiety in my teens and early 20's. Most of it was due to my magnesium deficiency. As soon as I upgraded my intake the anxiety went away.

Would say if possible CBT therapy would help you. Working out, exposure therapy (start small), Join some type of group or interest in person (dancing, kickboxing, yoga, rock climbing, etc.)
