Yup. When I hear the stories, they go through one ear and out the other. I never take those stories seriously because it ends up being used as a form of manipulation.

I’m not necessarily sure what it is, because on one hand, I agree with your point about they the broke revolutionary. But it’s like they seem interested, but confused as to why you care so much. Then there’s also a level of appreciating the dysfunction of the community and the women being more about themselves, then the whole community.

But yes, I spoke to two BW about it. They seemed highly interested with it. Things escalated sexually, but then I wouldn’t hear back from them again, last night I met with one & didn’t speak about it and it was all good. Easy close & we’re still talking right now.

But I also notice if you speak more to improving black men, they may seem uninterested as opposed to you speaking on black women and uplifting them.
