Rejection always hurts, so feeling bad is normal, just don’t dwell on it to long. The best way to get over it is to do things to keep it out of your mind. Even if I am trying to hold down a rotation, I regret the ending of any relationship. Especially if I really liked the woman involved. So don’t stress feeling bad, you’re human.

If you do have to think about it, try to see if there is anything you can learn from it and apply in the future. Even if consciously you don’t think there was anything of value to learn. The experience will subconsciously help you spot those red flags sooner and move on quicker or not become so attached.

There will always be another woman out there who wil0 open to you. You just got to keep trying and don’t let your past fill your mind with self doubt or resentment against women. The perk of a rotation is it holds you down and allows you to gain perspective on rejection. She made a choice, it’s not a sign of anything but her opinion. Yup its normal we all have emotions. Just have to keep pushing. It sucks but it's life everyone deals with it at some point or another. Rejection sucks, heartbreak sucks the thoughts of if I only did this or that, the hope that dies, the knot in the stomach, loss of appetite, thinking your in adequate but it's all just the heart and the mind not on the same level.

And yeah that is true, there will always be other women. I always say there is a woman somewhere praying on her hands and knees for someone like you.

I was bored the other day and just opened notepad and made a list of all the women I could remember that I've gone out with even just one date since my engagement ended. The list was long as hell, I'm not saying this to brag or boast but I remembered when my engagement ended feeling sad and down and out and ish to now since then I've been out with more attractive women, more accomplished women, younger women. Yeah I haven't found anyone that I could see myself marrying etc. but there will always be other women.

And at the end of the day as I always say a woman that likes and wants to be with you>>>>>>>>>>a woman that doesn't

a woman giving you her social media can a lot of times just be avoidance

why give someone your personal phone number when they can do anything with it? Sure you can block folks and all that with iphones but we all know a nikka (me included) will just go to WhatsApp (or whatever 3rd party app) to try and backdoor try to text shorty even if you blocked.

Eventually I called her up with the intention of breaking up. Asked her if she saw a future in this relationship. Eventually she admits she does this bullshyt because she's deeply insecure. I knew that but it was refreshing to see her have that sense of self awareness. Decided to give it another shot...

I just wish she'd communicate more. Just talk and tell me what's up

depending on how much you hate your job. Nothing worse than dating a broad and you break up yet still have to see her every sday.
