what are some ways to increase testosterone?
Its gonna sound simple and ridiculous (google me if you think I'm completely wrong), but of course we'll start with the most well known;
Vitamin D/Sunlight - As usual our ancestors weren't wrong, sunbathing (no more than 30 minutes) is always good to increase levels.
Exercise/Lift weights - Its been done since the Roman times, after lifting, you almost always want to fukk something.
Fenugreek - this one has been proven scientifically to work, 500 mg.
Healthy fats - Avocado, eggs, nuts, etc.
and my favorite, sleep. Most people don't get 8 hours, at all. Always aim for the 7 range.
Beyond genetics, these have been proven to significantly increase levels.
