A hiring manger is hesitant to hire you if your resume is weak. You could be the great employee, amazing time management, quality leadership skills.. the whole nine yards, but who wants to take that chance? Rather bring in the applicant that has a lengthy resume (hoes) or one who was referred (hoes TALKING about how well you put it down).
Having children, a wedding ring, a reputation with women, and social proof are instant magnets. Shows at first glance that you are a man that women want to be around and procreate with.

I had a couple crushes here and there but no girlfrjends and I really wasn't checking for them 95% of my life. When I was in middle school I had a couple bad experiences as well with women that were overtly aggressive.
But yeah I don't even know how to interact with them in a lot of capacities and don't understand social interactions/dynamics and I'm realizing more and more I never really defined what I wanted from them to begin with.
As far as getting play, nah I'm not dating or smashing any of these women just friendly with a lot of them.
I'm came to the conclusion that I should continue to focus on bettering myself but at the same time how do I get experience without putting myself out there in some capacity

The best way to get better with women is to talk to women. It's really that straight forward. They shyt and wipe their ass the same way you do it's not rocket science that you need a PHD in.
You can better yourself and still practice. Like when I'm in a relationship I still flirt with new women to keep that muscle active.
