when it comes to giving gym advice, if u really want to help people. stay away from mentioning these ridiculous waiting periods. 4 months is a depressing amount of time for any one to wait to see results.
unless ur grossly overweight, the fastest, most convenient way to lose weight and see results is to:
1. starve yourself for a week straight. eat a lot of fruits that make u go to the bathroom and shyt your fatness away. dont listen to any of these fuccktards who say its not healthy to starve yourself. every single person who said this to me was fat. every single one of them. they say "i only eat small bits throughtout the day". yet, they're overweightyou dont need to be chewing on something. if u must put something in ur mouth, drink water!
2. while you're doing the first step, work out. and by working out, do only what u feel comfortable doing. i walk a lot of miles (it doesnt get any easier than that).. and i lift no more than 15 to 30 minutes. (yes, i hate working out). and i run very, very, very rarely. no more than a mile. and if u got a girl, fucck a lot.
these two steps will have you seeing results in under 2 weeks. and by results, step on a scale before starting these steps. then step back on it two weeks later. you'll thank me for it.
all this talk about go to the gym and spend months to see results is just too scary for most people who already hate the idea of working out. me being one of them.
but then again, im naturally brolic so that may play a role in how easy it is for me to implement the aforementioned steps. notwithstanding, u dont have to look cut like me. losing weight is enough for most people. and these two steps will guarantee you results. aint gon be no damn waiting.

Your plan would cause most people to binge and gain the weight right back...
nikkas got years of eating fukked up and they just gonna go cold turkey and stay that way?
If you got the discipline for that, congrats, but most dont...
A steady weight loss over time adds up after 3 or 4 months..the hard work would wanna make someone keep the weight off
If they don't have the dedication to lose, then they just not gonna lose...
