And reality is, holding a ride home over a chick's head, that is fukked up on drugs, unless she lets you smash, turns into her sobering up the next morning with a head full of thoughts and a body full of emotions.

Since then though thankfully i've been able to maintain my weight around the 190-205lb mark, but its unhealthy flab. So tomorrow i will start my journey to fitness and health.

It'll be a long, disciplined and arduous process, but one i know will pay high dividends and i can't wait.
