Quick brainstorm session: what should we do about all black towns in the south that are dying? How do we boost the economy? What do we sell?

what is the maximum distance that a restaurant can be from the farm for this business model to work?
Good question. I would say initially 4-5hrs. Driver wouldn’t have to work more than a 10hr shift. Less gas and overhead.

The key would be to have a paid load come back.

Watermelons won’t spoil.
Peas, greens, okra, beans would keep.

When you get into meats and dairy you have to worry about spoilage.

Flesh this out more? Become more insulated?

Tbh i wasn’t think of the isolation part. I was just thinking of living off the land and trading with like minded people.

Set up farmers markets in the area or cities that have them on weekends to get extra outside money coming in.

The Amish are stealth wealthy. They make most stuff by hand, trade with each other and live off the land.

Our people use to live this and did it for free for a few hundred years. Let’s be honest, google isn’t going to set up their headquarters in Natchez Mississippi anytime soon so make the most of what you have, land, time, and many hands.

It’s hard work but at least you can take pride in it as opposed to just slaving away with no real opportunity for progress making someone else rich.

One idea I had was to manufacture all of these clothing that these Instagram models sell online.
They used to do that back in the day with freedom quilting bee

Secondly we FBA need to get back into farming in a major way. We need some off these small towns to produce profitable agriculture.

What you do you think? You have these grandiose ideas about Africa but are silent when it comes to ADOS/FBA problems.
Breh even when the topic is centered on America you move to Africa :dead: I think I shared some of these kinda hurdles in one of your threads, but it's an idea that you seem to ponder, so I think you have solutions to share

So basically, I can't even tag you in topic of your interests without this back and forth shyt? I just wanted to make sure you caught the thread in case you had ideas to share breh.
A more sensible approach would be coalescing people for political power where they are. I'm cool with folks who were calling for folks to move south priort to 2016... they just meant the southside of the CITY.

Breh it’s not a back and forth I just want to see your solutions. The next you quote does speak to developing those towns for the people already there. How would you do that?
