It really is a shame no one is talking about it or watching it.
I really love it.
The beginning made me feel dirty with the leeches in the filthy bathroom and then Mac jumping in the world's dirtiest pool

Are the ratings for it really that bad? I would be choked if it got cancelled after only one season.
To be honest I can't really find anything regarding the ratings but really there is no buzz and most of the big review sites haven't even been reviewing it on an episode by episode basis like they do other shows.

I think the show's problem is that its a much more serious and depressing show than something like Banshee. Viewers don't expect this from a Cinemax show. But its also a higher quality show on an artistic level.

I agree. It's not something that I must watch even though after the 1st 2 eps I thought it would be.
