Quantum Break’s Retail PC and Steam Release Delayed by Two Weeks
Released earlier this year, the long-awaited
Quantum Break provided players with the chance to bend time to their will with the original release on Xbox One, with the title’s PC release having now been delayed for just two more weeks.
In an update from publisher THQ Nordic, the company announced that the release date for the PC version of
Quantum Break has been pushed back by two weeks to September 29th, 2016 from its originally-planned release of September 14th, 2016.
THQ Nordic specifically mentioned that the delay will affect both the Steam release and the “Timeless Collector’s Edition” at retail, with the studio explaining that the delay is in place “due to additional time required for mastering and manufacturing” for the retail collector’s edition.
Quantum Break is available now for Xbox One, with the game to release for PC on September 29th, 2016.
