again this will be a long season if JPP doesn't comeback
if NFL teams are smart they will stop trying to establish the run and just go pass happy on this defense it will be an easy W this defense can't stop any aerial attack

Well, to be fair we didn't have our two most productive defensive players on the field last night.
Realistically, to drive your point even further home... we didn't even have 3 of our best 4 front 7 players for the vast majority of the game. Maybe 4 of 5 depending on who you ask.

The lack of pass rush definitely concerns me - we need to find a way to generate pressure.
Even the blitzes that Spags is calling arent getting the job done.
With that said, we need to get healthy at the WR spot so we have 3 threats along with Donnell and Vereen or Jennings out of the backfield....our O will be rolling once we get all things going.
Vereen has been so valuable - last night he was all we had on that last drive until ODB came back in late in the drive....shyt was nice to watch Eli having that safety valve to dump the ball to and pick up first downs -- we havent had that since my boy Bradshaw left
