After 3 listens:
-After the first 6 tracks I was thinking damn is this bout to be a 5 mic’er
-Album slows down in the second half. Bc of his content, the beat gotta be knocking —-whether it’s uptempo or chill—-for the song to stand out. I didn’t always get that
-I’m not sure why he’s ran with the idea that he HAS to rap about coke. It’s a letdown that he doesn’t switch up at all.
All in all it’s a good album but disappointed that he still doesn’t have a classic FULL ALBUM (I don’t count 7 song Daytona). Despite having kanye and Pharrell in his back pocket.

Strongly disagree lol It caught me off guard bc it’s not the typical intro but it’s on replay. Just jumped right into the album with dark story banger

kendrick AND Gibbs will top this. They all pick great beats so that’s a wash. Depth is what gives a album legs. Love Push but the ngga don’t be talkin bout nothin like that
