Not just the content but the depth. Push basically takes no L’s in his raps. Whereas Gibbs will give you a Practice, Skinny Suge, Babies and Fools, etc. talk about the rape case, babby mama drama, etc he got more stories , more angles to the dope game. In other words he’s more transparent

Thats cool but Gibbs rapping just as predictable to me these days as somebody like Push all that matter to me is how the shyt sound at the end of the day anyway and I think this album dope af, looking foward to Gibbs new shyt of course but recently his rapping be having me kinda like

Push did not lie. This album delivered.

Definitely has a Hampton Roads Virginia feel to it. Could have named the album Brambleton,....or even MacArthur, Granby, or Lynnhaven.

Edit: I listened to the amp interview. Pusha pretty much said that the beats Madlib gave him felt like straight chops and he would have ended up making a mixtape like album if he'd used them. That clashed with what Pharrell was telling him about making full songs, as opposed to just putting together 'verses'.

He also said he wanted to be produced a lot through the process. He left the answer pretty open ended, so no idea whether the Madlib collab happens now
