The level of production from track-to-track is jarring on this album. Pharrell was bringing Lord Willin/HHNF level heat while all of Kanye’s contributions sounded unfinished and phoned in.

Still a very solid album overall. It’s amazing to see someone who’s been in the game as long as Push age this gracefully. He legit might have another 5-10 years of S-tier rapping left

I like this album for the most part. Pharrell's contributions were better to me, but I also find the beat of Dreaming of the Past to be catchy as shyt

Yes. Those aren't the best songs on Magic though to me. That sample/chops, the flow, the performance is wild. Classic track.

This shyt is great. I've been hating on Pharrell for years but he did his thing here. Still using the same 808s but I won't complain! Call My Bluff got me fukking with those Neptunes synths for the first time in ages...
