I remember back in the day once you hit your late 20s you're basically a washed up rapper.
I'm not surprised, considering we have plenty great rappers than can still rap their ass off from a lyrical standpoint.
Nas, Jay, Black Thought, Common, have already proven that you can rap at an elite level going into your 50’s. Push is just carrying on tradition
Exactly. Kool G Rap is another one who can still rap circles around alot of cats half his age. AZ is still lyrically sharp too.
In Boxing, there's an old saying that power is the last thing to go. I think it's the same thing in rapping. If you're a top tier lyricist, you never truly lose your abilities for the most part. The best of the best can still rap in their regardless of how old they are
