I had no questions about the hardware, but the VITA hardware was also good and look how that turned out.

The Kinect experience and PSVR experience is completely different. I feel like the coli has gone over this in detail several times.
Can't be entirely different if you need a Kinect or something like it in order to play VR.
Turning your head left right looking up and down and seeing the world all around you is not the same as looking at the image on your tv and waving your hands. I'm always dumbfounded when I see you guys stretch to compare the two in actual user experience. Now if you want to say they are both equally useless peripherals that won't add any real value to gaming in the long run and will only be a gimmick like Kinect, then that arguement has some logic to it.

they both need a camera
they both have games which are more experiences than full fledged games
they both don't allow you to walk around in a 3d space
they both have you for the most part waving your arms.
