No I have'nt seen anyone, including the person I was talkin to@rekkapryde admit this truth. I would give Sony props but i don't consider 5 year old games and ios ports "dope games" heavy discounts, betas, themes, and avatars are all available via Xbox live without a gold membership so I wouldn't call those advantages for ps plus.
Decent albeit old games that most people have played, and don't have the desire to play anymore. These games can be picked up at your local GameStop for less than you paid for your ps plus subscription.
That's a good deal, other platforms including xbl offered the same deal for free without a $40 membership but nonetheless a good deal. I didn't say all the games were garbage I said MOST of them are.
That's fine. Like I said before it all comes down to user preference. Some gamers are really serious about online play and it's worth it to them to shell out the extra money, some gamers don't care as much and appreciate the fact that PSN is free.
It is my opinion that the perks of ps plus aren't worth it, and if you are gonna pay for online service you might as well go with the better one.
I've never party chatted in my life, and I've never brought this up as a defining feature for XBL.
No fanboy here I own and enjoy both systems, but I will state the truth about either system when the subjects come up.

I seen that too kz3 is terrible multiplayer dips incredibly low.

as far as Skyrim, most PC gamers would agree, since they feel consoles held the game back. but I'm not sure how any of that shows the ps3 hasn't used it's potential yet
and obviously Uncharted 3 was developed for the ps3, and pretty much pushed the system to the max
so I'm not sure what people are getting at when they say the system hasn't unlocked it's full potential. I think that's something that was said when the ps3 first came out, but I don't think it's true anymore

As last I checked you needed gold to get certain deals or has MS become more lax on that regard?

I'd say Xbox. I like they way the os works better. I had an Xbox first so I was used to starting a bunch of downloads and leaving, then when I came back th games were ready to play. With playstation when the games are done downloading you still have to manually go back and install them before you play. It's a minor gripe but I'm impatient so it's a big deal to me, i hate waiting for the games to install before I play them.
Another thing is, I enjoyed crossplatform games like Mass effect, Skyrim, and Assasins Creed more than the exclusive games this generation. Those games worked better on Xbox so in my opinion the edge goes to Xbox. Also gears>uncharted although they both got old quick and I'm not looking forward to the next installment of either.
With all that said Heavy Rain is probably my favorite game this generation and Metal Gear Solid is my favorite game franchise ever so it was well worth the purchase price of the the playstation to be able to play those games, plus it's a blu-ray player so it gets a lot of use out of me.
All in all it's a good time to be a gamer, I can't wait to see what both companies have in store for next generation.

No. But the nature of games and technology dictates that games released a couple year ago won't stand up to games released more recently. Some games are timeless classics but people are still willing to pay for those therefore you will never get them for free on ps plus.
Some things are only offered to gold members like early demos, and some betas. But other betas are offered for free, a couple times out of the year 1 month gold memberships are free. All demos are free and sometimes full games are offered to all XBL members for free.
Honestly how much of that would you have even considered purchasing if it wasn't free? At least if you go buy the games you can return them for credit torward other games, or if you don't like them you can return them for full reimbursement. With ps plus you get what they give you whether you like it or not.
What AAA title have you received from being a member of ps plus?
