Why they always have to force this gay shyt on everyone? :mjtf:
I personally disagree with the lifestyle but the thing about it is this. There are actually relationships out there like that. They adopt kids too. I even have misgivings about that but my feelings don't change facts. In the end that's on those individuals and out of my control.

If they exist in any amount they will eventually end up with representation in media. People don't like the comparison and some are bunk but this one isn't. When they first started putting us on tv folks were saying the same shyt.

Forcing integration. Forcing race mixing. BS then BS now in new forms. That's an unpopular opinion. fukk it.

Also there is no forcing. My family won't be watching it. Problem solved on this end. Plenty of hetero kids shows out there.

What's wrong with you. name a society where homosexuality is accepted. Not just tolerated but accepted. Why can't good fences make for good neighbors?

I mean dude if your straight tell me if you could sit and watch a gay love scene like you could watch a straight love scene.

Telling on yourself

Also being comfortable with your sexuality typically means shyt like this wouldn't remotely affect you. Just sayin

:yeshrug:

Everytime I read this stuff I get this vibe that quite a few of y'all aint comfortable with urselfs at all.....

I remember when he came out son was supposed to be the next big thing, Holmes could sing write and produce, he went from being on top to literally hardly mentioned at all. He even said he was low key bi and wouldn't really do "gay" songs. You think the nikka literally bushed himself?

Since Janelle Monae unofficially came out she hasn't really dropped anything either, I doubt if she really wanted to take a break considering the Momentum she had.

To be fair to janelle.. she wasn't really popping anyway before she came out :skip:

true she wasn't a mainstream artist but nikkas who knew about her rocked with her. I saw a show where the bytch climbed up a fake tree during a show, she used to really go there.

But none of this is about me. Y'all are the ones expressing being uncomfortable in the presence of homosexual interaction on TV and I'm assuming in person as well. I just straight up don't care, it's not something I think about. I engage in these conversations because I find it fascinating and hilarious that people still think like this.

Once again.. It screams not being comfortable with yourself. That might be tough to hear but it's true. It's like how I felt about this kind of shyt in middle school, and then I grew up. :yeshrug:

I'm just trying to figure out how y'all can still be this backwards in your thinking.

Yeah but what if you have kids they are purposely targeting Black children with this gay shyt.

When a heterosexual couple is in a show. Is that forcing as well? :dwillhuh:
But heterosexuality is natural being gay isn’t I know it hurts y’all’s feelings but it’s the truth if shyt ain’t matter we’d all be hermaphrodites it’s a reason why only Men and Women can procreate these are facts.

homophobic brehs really losing their shyt over a kid's cartoon reboot :dead:
EXACTLY A SHOW MADE FOR KIDS, y’all the type of motherfukkers who would gladly bring your child to tranny story time somethings ain’t meant to be.

He buck broke himself. If he didn't like it at first why do it later especially when you were the lead actor?

He was bored. When he played Myrtle the first time, he was a kid. Reginald VelJohnson and Jo Marie Payton talked to him about how uncomfortable they were with him playing the character, because they were sensitive about black men wearing dresses for entertainment. He was also worried that when the episode aired, kids would be making fun of him in school. It was what other people thought that made him embarrassed about playing the character, even though he put his all into the role. His father saw how uncomfortable he was the night they taped the episode and let the writers know that character is off the table.

Years later, Jaleel had more confidence in himself and probably just wanted a challenge. He went into the writer's room one day, told them they could bring the character back if they wanted and that was it. It wasn't his choice to play Myrtle the first time, but it was the second time.
