Yeah, there's a bunch of photos from the movie in vanity (or entertainment) magazine, that shows both David dropping the militarized black goo and the engineers in the city looking in horror.

I imagine the stuff with shaw is more than likely a flashback that was cut from the movie but David destroying the engineers is likely in the movie.

I keep hearing rumors that David was trying to turn Shaw into a Xeno queen, which would be

Yea it didn't have to be the whole movie, but I have a feeling we're probably only getting about 5 to 10 mins of Prometheus stuff.

I have a feeling you're wrong but we won't know until the film comes out.

Judging from this review, it looks like David got them Covenant couples killed with his experiments, just like he did in Prometheus.

This fukking android is more dangerous than the alien xenomorphs.
