Everyone was assuming he was going to be a goofy comic relief guy, be he said that there's very little humor in the movie and that he's playing a pretty serious dude.

I dig it. Comedians usually do good in serious roles.

Plus as evidenced by both of his HBO shows, his humor is pretty dark anyway which means he's much more than slapstick relief

I'm in. They already sold me a ticket but this trailer didn't work for me. It feels like Ridley is going for a different style of horror, which can work, but i prefer the atmospheric shyt from the first one. And of course it could always just be the way the trailer is cut
