Idaho.
I made some fantastic oven-baked chicken tenders (breaded with cornflakes & spices). I had 3 and apparently went over my allotted protein amount for the day. Too much protein isn't bad, right?

I was looking into buying the Optimum Nutrition in Extreme Milk Chocolate. Have you tried it before?
I've tried Herbalife in like four flavors and they're all repulsive.

Yeah it's garbage in my opinion. I don't like the taste and I generally don't like chocolate flavored protein powder.

I stick to Orgain Plant Protein Powder in Vanilla. Taste great.

Too much of anything can be bad, but most people don't intake enough protein to do anything to them, even if they go over their allotted amount.

this thread is rad. just subbing for now. will add content later. will share some of my gardening pics as the season comes along and im def also a raw food/healthy food lover. thanks to you all for sharing
I forgot to mention that I tried fried tofu because I saw you used it.

Although I made a spicy ginger soy dip for it, it had the texture of egg whites and I'm not too fond of eggs. Outside of that...it was good. I may have to try it again in a stir fry or soup next time.

I know you whipps that kitchen down too...maybe try to fry it? iknow my dude does not like when i cook it "soft" cuz he says the same thing about the texture. but he does like it when i fry it and add it to our food. I've been very very slowly trying to transition to vegetarian girl...its not going as smooth as id like...but tofu helps make me feel like i've got a "meat" happening

Tofu sucks honestly, because it doesn't really cook well, even baked. You should try tempeh. I fell in love with it after I tried some barbecue strips. So good. And they cook really fast too.

My nutritionist told me that most folks should only be intaking about 0.37 grams per pound... if you're a heavy lifter, then you'd need more. I usually hover around 135-140, so I'd need between 50-52 grams, but I lift, so I try to take in around 70-75. I eat a shytload of chicken and turkey breast, so I generally meet my intake or go over a little every day.

I'm a heavy lifter I don't get to my daily goal . That shyt hard but shakes do help . I eat mad chicken and eggs so that helps but still not enough .
