That Good Purple Drank/Triple Berry Blend:
Ingredients:
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Honey
  • Greek strawberry yogurt w/ fruit at the bottom
  • Orange juice
(I prefer fresh pineapple juice with all of my smoothies but I use it when there is none.)


Start with rising the fruits and adding them in a blender. Then mix the yogurt so the fruit at the bottom is blended in & scoop the yogurt into the blender. Squeeze about 2-3 tables spoons of honey (I love honey!!) and blend!

Yes it's a sweet potato. I didn't use rice but that's an option. I seasoned with sea salt, paprika, cumin, and black pepper. I always use plain greek yoghurt as a substitute for sour cream because it's "healthier" and one of my staple foods. I also like that it's plain because I can play around with the flavour by adding additions to compliment both sweet and savoury dishes.

I've been prepping my meals for the week on Sundays. By Wednesday I get tired of eating the same thing and end up getting off track :(. I have a vitamix so I might try making green smoothies

Look up different prep meals .


I make grilled chicken and use it in different ways.


Grilled chicken - rice- veggies

Grilled chicken salad - avocados , eggs , spinach ,feta and tomatoes


Grilled chicken wrap , avacado , feta spinach tomatoes


Grilled chicken , sweet potatoes and asparagus .


I don't get bored because I mix it up .


Also I eat ground turkey during the week as well so it's a nice change of pace .
