Just got some white asparagus for the low :banderas: i have a nice piece of sea bass here and kale. I don't know what im making this weekend yet tho.
Im doing this no meat thing for 2 months, tryna detox and see if that will help me tone up faster. I've been reading up on alternative forms of proteins and do not plan to get sick like i did last time i decided to abstain from meat:lupe: we'll see what happens.

I gave up chicken and beef. I gave up on a lot of stuff.
Yes, I prepare meals and the site I use is shake and bake.

Pinterest is my favorite, but i just found this other site called yummily a few weeks ago haven't really had a chance to explore it yet but i like it so far.
But if you dont feel like signing up for anything hood old google os always the safe bet. Oh and YouTube has tons of videos too.

I hate vegetables but I get a serving of kale and blackberries daily in a shake

My question is what else do I need to get a full vitamin/mineral profile? I dont fukk with multivitamins.

I eat fish on a regular. I keep it clean. I try to get a good mix of proteins, veggies and starches - - good starches - - whole grains. I don't single out foods as superfoods because I try not to go overboard with any particular thing or fad. When my b12 is up I'm happy.
