I think so but one of the big ideals in pro-blackness is the black family unit and you can't have a black family unit without a black spouse.

Now you can be pro-black in other areas like uplifting black business, dismantling white racial power structure, dispelling negative black stereotypes, uplifting the self esteem, self confidence, and consciousness of blacks/other black children which is all under pro-black but you'll be missing that large element of constructing a positive black family unit.
