1. You do not have any actual, verified knowledge of who is being sent back and what their background is as if pertains to their time in DR and their ties to Haiti. That's just a fact.
2. There are many Black Dominicans who are not Haitians and they're referred to as Dominicans. It isn't about race, it's about them being undocumented immigrants who happen to be mostly Haitian
3. A person isn't Haitian cause they're black, according to the Haitian Constitution, they're Haitian because their parents are/were Haitian.
