What's crazy is she has a AA boyfriend.

And blacks in America can easily shame D.R., and make them lose money. She jokes about marching, but we ain't going through the shyt a lot blacks are going through in Latin America, and some of that came from marching. A company that is making money doesn't want to be exposed as associating with a new form Nazi Germany. With social media, shyt can go bad for D.R., but for some reason a lot of Dominicans are talking crazy about people who say this is wrong.

I have been reading comments on different news sites, and most Dominicans sound like some redneck hillbillies, but they look like they could be related to me

I think this is going to hurt D.R. down the line because the world is changing, and this seems like some old hateful shyt. Germany did this in the past, but they made up for it by being super aggressive with education, and being engineers. They make some of the best products. From what I hear, D.R. isn't crazy about education like that, and that means, shyt won't look good for D.R. in the future.

The people who come to this country will have a stain on them, and they will be segregated. This country is trying to move on from this race shyt(its slow, but its happening) and people, especially white people, will not want to be associated with people thats seen as racists. Behind closed doors is another story, but in public, get away

Also, the Dominican government has made it exceedingly difficult over the years for migrants and children of migrants to prove their nationalization. There is very small percentage of those that have been stripped of their right to nationality that have been able to successfully obtain the level of documentation being asked for by the D.R. government. Here is a good overview of the issue from the Open Society for Justice Initiative and the Center for Justice and International Law produced in 2012.

Any appeal to legality and procedure becomes irrelevant when the laws and procedures are proven to be unjust and unfair.

It's analogous to defending Jim Crow or Nazi policies by saying "Well, it's the law" or "This is just standard procedure".

It's a good thing that the DR has given illegals a path to citizenship.

It's a good thing that the Haitian Embassy is working in conjunction with the DR government to provide the documentation necessary to aid the DR in their process.

It's a good thing that the country is open enough that the world can be watchful and make sure there aren't any human rights abuses.
