Anyone who has heard Joe biden speak for more than 5 minutes already knows his brain is melting Swiss cheese status. Kamala harris will effectively be the president. Sloppy Joe will just be there to rubber stamp everything other people propose to him.

After her, the dilemma came between Warren (who would entice [unreliable] younger voters, but completely alienate white middle America voters) and Harris (who alienates almost everyone, but with hope she can help turn out black folks at Obama-levels.)
