But again, if Trump can successfully push this up to December, just like what happened in the whole Bush/Gore 2000 election... it'll be decided and reviewed by the Supreme Court and all of those constitutional lawyers and whatnot is toss out the window. Trump got the Supreme Court in his pocket. They can legitimately declare, without precedence, that the entire election is Unconstitutional and have it proceed with the electors voting, which was precisely what had happened in 2000. Like I said, it'll be a long shot for Trump, mainly because he got multiple states that he's fighting and not just one.

The stars aligned in 2000. Bush's brother was the governor for godsakes. Supreme courts cant decide elections ie declaring winners all they can do is rule on cases that have been brought before them. That came down to one state. They overrode the state of Floridas courts ruling to keep counting votes. At that point Bush was ahead. There were still votes out there. Biden is making sure that all of the votes are counted. Right now Trump is not ahead in any of the contested states. He would have to have the supreme court rule to invalidate results that are already in. In other words votes that were already casted would have to be recounted.
