all of these issues transcend African Americans

and some of these are simply beyond his control....

the only distinct agenda that pertains to African Americans is Police brutality but even then there's no way the President can prevent isolated incidents from occurring and secondly, Its the State and local government's responsibility to solve this issue. Only reason why Zimmerman got off was b/c of Florida's B/S law.

And If i'm not mistaken He did just propose that police are required to wear cameras. Not sure if it followed through or not esp. since congress hates the man...
