Seen this dude in real life...cant stand more than 5'8 he was cool tho..way too much LaLa in the trailer...hate how we got to this point considering she's a terrible actress most people just wanna see her pop off...this is Power tho...makes sense because Fif trying to spin her character off into her own show...is this the official Power thread going forward?

This is interesting. But I wonder if Power Book II: Ghost is gonna be a continuation of the series or a prequel type thing? They can go a lot of ways but I'll be watching it no matter how they decide.

calling it Book 2, says it should come after.... but if it's starring a lot of people we know from power, it's probably a prequel or something. I can't see why they'd make a direct sequel of a tv show, like they couldn't just keep the same show going and call it the next season

Ghost is going to one-up Tommy and get him knocked all the while claiming the top spot for himself.

I think as the season goes on they will build Ghost as some sort of Pablo Escobar-esq protagonist and have him evade the cops much like the seasons prior except this time he's actually on the run from the cops as well as the hit that Tommy has put out on him.

This will give Gawdfather and the showrunner Courtney Kemp Agboh a chance to flesh out Ghost's final years as a drug lord much like El Hefe preceding him.

The kid that plays Tariq is an awfully terrible actor and can't carry a scene let alone an entire episode.

Gawdfather should've never spared that likkle shyts life.

All I wanna see is Tariq's balls being burned and his body set alight. fukk Tariq.

I can see the next series being about Tariq now that you mention him. And also I don't think Omari is gonna be a part of the new series. He strikes me as the type to not want to reprise this kinda role once it's finished.

Omari's already heading back to the film side of entertainment. I think he just did this TV show a favour to 50 but it actually turned out perfect so he stayed on only because of 50.

Yeah, Ghost is going to die and Tariq may take the reigns but Power will end this season. The franchise will continue with the IP with it's characters in prequels and one-shot TV movies.

The best television since Lost finished airing.

Courtney already said that Angie doesn’t die at the end of season 5 if I’m not mistaken.

She's gonna be in her deathbed on life support snitching on Ghost's which makes him go on the run.

I think everyone of note will die except Tasha, the baby and Tariq.

Tariq will take the reigns it's obvious but the series is ending this season so thankfully we won't have to watch this shytty actor run the franchise into the ground.

He may get a pilot run in a spin-off show but POWER is ending which is a good thing.

I don't see the actor that plays Tariq carrying a show of this magnitude. He can barely say three words without mumbling. I swear the nicca looked dead in the centre of the camera in one episode earlier on too.
