It seems that Saxe and Paz were the closest to Truth before Blanca got there.
And I’m assuming that since they said the gun was Angela’s it was probably Paz.
The only way it would be Tariq would be if he had someone do it because he was leaving Truth while the others were still walking there and I think the lights were still on.
Everyone else is further from Truth and might not even be heading to Truth.

I think its obvious that none of these people shot him to....It maybe
1 that thirsty nikka who was tryna fukk Tasha at the daycare
2 the italian guy who "kidnapped" Tariq- that Ghost pulled a gun on
3 the most insane theory- least likely but with these writers- its possible- the girl Tariq was fukking with in the fancy school/ or someone connected to her

Ghost was wearing a bulletproof vest. What we see on his shirt is either:
1.) Wine that was spilled/thrown on his shirt.
2.) Fake blood b/c Ghost foresaw this coming and made sure to have some fake blood with the vest so his shooter would believe they got him.
3.) A superficial wound created by the bullet grazing/barely puncturing Ghost courtesy of the vest protecting him.
Wouldn't surprise me to see this be the outcome.

Honestly, I actually think that Ghost will pull through somehow. Naturi posted on her Instagram a few months back photos from the last shot of Power. Both her and Ghost seemed to be on set.
