That nikka must have obviously never heard of Wayne Perry because he was one man and had half of Washington D.C. scared of him. Perry killed nikkas in broad daylight before. Nobody wanted to be around that nikka when he came around. Its not a stretch to have people be afraid of Omar at all.

and rewatching the wire, no grown man with a gun was running from omar


when omar came around the block, he usually had his vest and shotgun out in the open... the hoppers would be the ones running from him, screaming omar coming... there was multiple times nikkas went hunting for him and weebay had 2 different shoot outs with this nikka in the street..

even when the bounty was put on him, omar was talking to the cops like "man i got a bounty on my head" with the shook face... he knew he had to get low... nikka ran to nyc away from avon's people.. so even he knew he wasn't super nikka
