Movie is a Netflix watch at best
Like I said the nostalgia is clouding everyone , it's worse than transformers and that fukking sucks


Guess I gotta wait for a reboot

Can anyone else corroborate this? Because I pretty much think anybody who likes those Transformers films is an air head.

Ok movie was not as trash as I thought it was going to be. It being a power rangers movie I thought it could've been more kid friendly despite its pg-13 rating. I also hated all the close up shots. I liked it but I hope next time we get more Ranger time.

The sequel will have more ranger time, remember the movie was only 2 hrs and was the set up movie

Ok my kids dragged me to this and real talk it was better than i expected. The lil breakfast club outcast small town misfits turn super made for a good origin tale and the chemistry between the characters felt organic when they finally became a team.

Like someone said billy really carried the movie and was the heart of it. I didnt realize they swapped out some characterizations to make it less racist but thats ok. The lil lesbo chick was bad as fukk man i wanted to save her



The last act was ok but in the super hero era its hard to stand out and impresse when MOS did the small town destruction way better a couple years ago. Hopefully with success and a bigger budget we'll get better battles and fights

I saw this yesterday and it was cool movie that took me back to my childhood....

Billy was EASILY the best Power Ranger.....

Rita was cool but it seem like they merge her character with Scorpina

As far as the cameo I have a question for everybody that saw this in the theater

When Tommy and Kym pop all of the adults in the theater started screaming while late 90s and 00s babies look so confused......Did that happen in your theater?

Yea my theater people stood up and clapped loud as hell. I saw some kids on the left of me and they have the most confused look i ever saw lol.

About time this was sticky, movie really surprised, I'm going to watch the first 3 seasons on Netflix once I finish justice league animated season 1

I enjoyed this way too much It was a very very dope flick because of the rangers. Their chemistry was off the wall and it made some meh dialogue fly over me because I was invested in them as a team. Darce Montgomery played my boy Jason to a tee and the dynamic between he and Zordon was very cool and hopefully something they build on.

New Kim and new Trini were bad as hell but also fun to watch and roll with. Like there wasn't a moment I didn't believe anything on the screen.

Billy was the MVP and actually had me questioning whether Jason is still my favorite ranger. He was the heart and soul of the movie and without him the whole thing would've fell to pieces.

Elizabeth banks damn near stole the show as Rita. I was surprised at how dark they let this get while still maintaining the fun power ranger vibe. They managed to give depth and character to characters who never had it on tv

The sequel will be and should be even better and I can't wait to see it. When they finally morphed and got in their zords and those familiar chords started it was like I was 9 again. Very very on point flick and to everyone involved. I'll take 5 more of these please
