Tony if you really trying to get cut/swole

you need to start a strength routine and join a gym, i recommend Starting Strength/StrongLifts if you are a beginner

establish a base first then worry about hypertrophy(volume) routines

I dont want to "bulk up" really i just want to look more cut :smoker: I want like no body fat breh....

ima be as real i can be, it takes YEARS to get like Al Harris

average dude can put on 2lbs of muscle a month, if hes new maybe 5. Gettin bulky doesnt happen by accident, it takes alot of dedication, i been lifting for years and im still relatively frail compared to some folks who lift here :wtb:

I did the Vince Gironda Crazy 8s workout for 4 months. If you're not careful and your timing is off as far as being in-between set, you could really hurt yourself.

been on PHAT for about 8 months now and i've made better progress in those 8 months than i previously had using any other routine. it's that krack, word to the gawd. don't even ask me how...:gladbron:

the combination of retaining power/strength while getting in some hypertrophy work makes it imo the best intermediate routine period

after 2 weeks im used to it and ive already added 20lbs to most of my lifts(40lbs on deadlift :shaq: )

Workout 7 days a week

*cardio every day

Mon- bicep-tricep 8 set at 10-12 reps- Abs- 2hrs on elliptical level 16-17

tues- back-chest-8 set at 10-12 reps -- 1hr 30 mins treadmill maxium height, speed 4.0-4.5

wed- legs-abs-8 set at 10-12 reps -- 1hr15mins ellipitical- 15mins stairmaster

thur- abs- 2hr elliptical

Fri- repeat mon's workout

Sat- abs- chest 1hr treadmil

Sun- max cardio day- 2hrs ellipitical, 1hr treadmil

No need or want to take a day off out here-- the gym is the most fun I have out here
