The goal is to get to 500 pushups everyday. But yeah, it should do some good. I used to do right after i got out of bootcamp. But then I got into weight lifting. I'm done with weights for a lil and been doing this workout for about a month. Can already tell a difference in my endurance my chest and my back. Stomach needs some work tho. Lol. I get tendencies to wanna pig out every now and then.

I might have to do 150 in the am and 150 in the pm
It's funny how I do it. I turn on Modern Warfare 3 and do 20 pushups between each match. Once I got to over 400. Lol. This shyt works like a charm.
