Brehs I need help :noah: Im a tall slim nicca (6'0 168) I have no definition at all and my stomach is starting to look :flabbynsick: I want to remain slim but be cut up and ripped! summer is right around the corner please dont tell me im too late I NEVER work out :sadcam:

135LB Deadlift
200m Sprint

Cool Down:
25 Minutes on elliptical or bike

The goal is to get to 500 pushups everyday. But yeah, it should do some good. I used to do right after i got out of bootcamp. But then I got into weight lifting. I'm done with weights for a lil and been doing this workout for about a month. Can already tell a difference in my endurance my chest and my back. Stomach needs some work tho. Lol. I get tendencies to wanna pig out every now and then.

It's funny how I do it. I turn on Modern Warfare 3 and do 20 pushups between each match. Once I got to over 400. Lol. This shyt works like a charm.

I did Layne Norton's program for 6-8 months, been doing my own thing for a few months now -

Monday - Chest (Sprint/Cycle)
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back (Sprint/Cycle)
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms/Chest
Saturday - Back(Sprint/Cycle)
Sunday - Rest (Sprint/Cycle)


Everyday I do pistol squats, pull-ups and pushups.
