All that gear and the first thing I spot is the Andrae Crouch Vinyl, nice choice there!

That was one of the first things I saw too. The thing about digital sampling is I used to love buying a record and sitting through listening. Now when its late I will search youtube and see if I can find entire records of say The Pretenders or something and listen through, but if the internet is being stupid or I can only find single songs, I hate clicking a new song every 3-5 minutes. But digitally I can download a song off youtube and cut sounds from it while im at work and save them as wavs and then put them on to usb into my mpc 4000, theres pros and cons

i really want to see how that works, is it responsive? I was thinking this morning about cracking the screen from going ham on it. i briefly though about making a rubber pad overlay so you dont scratch, scuff and crack the screen by mistake and i figured might as well get a real sampler

edit: I just watched some youtubes on it. I want this for android.

Gibson Les Paul studio, black.

Fender mustang III V2 amp.

MacBook Pro to hook up to fender fuse for effects and presets.

Also, I'm terrible. Just bought the setup to fukk around with for fun. We'll see what happens.

it's very responsive. plays smoothly. But I have never used the real thing because of the cost. that's why i copped this immediately. but honestly, i don't use it as much since I first got it. went back to beatmaker 2 which is excellent. .

Yeah ... I was really kind of joking (though I do actually have that stuff). Setup is fine, but I just can't play for shyt. Just started, and I don't show much promise - but it's a good time.

I got the KrK Rokit 8 Monitors, a Macbook Pro, Logic Pro, Fl Studio 12, Focusrite 2i2 Audio Interface, a Vinyl Player, Akai MPK61, and upgraded from the MPC Renaissance to the MPC Touch. I currently have a dual boot, I got Windows 8 and Mac OS on my Macbook, I make beats on both Logic Pro (Mac), and Fl Studio 12 (Windows).

How do you like the MPC Touch? Doesn't it have a built-in audio interface? If so, how does it measure up against the 2i2?
