Yea he is but he is not at what was said in the OP that's what we were having an issue with. Dude looks good no homo just needs to add some mass.

yeah man i just don't have the discipline to eat like 5000 calories a day. I've tried bulking and then i feel like i lose definition. Even though i know i can cut up again and stay at maintenence eating once i reach the desired weight i don't have the patience or the desire to go to the bathroom multiple times a day either lol

even if i did somehow put on about 30 lbs it wouldn't be anywhere near your body. I'd probably look like the big yet disproportionate uncut jelly like majority of people you see in the gym who live off creatine

but man i gotta respect what you built no homo

Thanks man but why not bulk in the fall/winter breh who cares about the definition loss :manny:.

You won't be disproportionate if you are hitting everything correctly and even if something is not in proportion, it can be fixed.

You won't be disproportionate if you are hitting everything correctly and even if something is not in proportion, it can be fixed.

your right i just want the definition for the beach and summer. Winter time will be bulk time

I'm sure you could bulk off of 2500-3000 calories.

Last time I had my body fat tested I was at 8% but I was still wrestling and cutting weight. I'm probably at about 9-10% now, maybe less.
