The redundant theme of violence and destruction that mainstream (and even underground) hip hop promotes without any real social commentary.

The idea that corporate america has built a system that generates millions of dollars of the destruction of the African image.

White cop sees black male and associates thug or criminal with him before human being.

Mike Brown has completely woke me up. All the minstrel entertainment owned by a Jewish CAC Conglomerate does is perpetuate sterotypes and keep them alive in everyone's mind..

:what: I don't recall going back and forth with you at all on Mike Brown?

If you can't express yourself beyond that bull shyt ass claim bounce my g..
All throughout that thread you are posting in large bolded font about how they need to take fight to the police and other nonsensical bullshyt

WE'RE NOT BLAMING HIP HOP

WE'RE NOT BLAMING THE ARTISTS WHO CREATE ART

WE'RE BLAMING THE OWNERS WHO HAVE CREATED A FAUXED CULTURE AND CALLED IT BLACK..

Then you can pretty much say this about the music industry in general then. Hiphop has nothing to do with this. And what you mean by "created and called it black"?

Would love for the CACs who post here to chime in (interesting to see how you guys feel)

In the wake of what happened to Mike Brown (Eric Garner) and still digesting the aftermath of Trayvon Martin the allure of hip hop as beginning to disinterest me.

I'm 31 and for the first time in my adult life I'm completely conscious/aware of the impact the images in the art have on the world. The youth movement that used to promote partying and strategic rebellion has devolved into a brainless animalistic genre that perpetuaes sterotypes.

Over and over and over

Is anyone else feeling a little jaded post Mike Brown?

Gotta respect you telling the truth over being politically correct...

Anybody besides the Mindless CACs dare to contribute any response of real substance to the post? Maybe even answer the question?

Because one can grow and express his growth I guess certain users want to attack that or devalue it..

I never said I didn't listen to mainstream or underground hip hop. I said with a clear understanding that I'm tired of the messages the art form at the expense of it's owners is sending.

If you are tired of the messages why don't you change the messengers? What kind of messages resonate with you? Maybe one of us can put you on to some people we listen to who have those messages.

There are a lot of rappers who are putting out deeper, conscious, and more relevant information you might like.

I don't feel any different post Mike Brown (or Trayvon, or hell even going all the way back to Rodney King since I'm :old:) because I've seen it first hand my entire life.

Not to the extent of those 3, but everyone....and I mean everyone....I grew up with, that I've known 25-30 years, is black. So none of this is new or surprising in the least.

Having said that, I don't see the connection to hip-hop. If we were in an alternate reality where hip-hop didn't exist, shyt would be unfolding the exact same way.

Cops (not all....but most....so many that the entire police force needs to be torn down and completely rebuilt) are mostly terrible. Arguably the worst kind of people (bullies, stupid, racists, petty, power hungry, insecure, etc.) for that particular job.

And if they're wrong they'll do literally anything to hide it. People talk about "no snitching"....the cops are the kings of that shyt. They stick together no matter what, and put the best interest of the police force above everything else. "To Serve And Protect" is :heh:

Anyway I'm kinda rambling, but all this shyt is just currently under a spot light due to Ferguson. It's nothing new.

Social change is a responsibility of each individual. I personally can't fukk with all rap music... Its retarded to cry bout black bodies dropping while blasting music promoting it. Not saying street music has no place it definitely does but it has to be delivered in an authentic and responsible manner. There are rappers who just do street rap excellent then there are the hoards who just spit the same lame nonsense.

Just support real good music from the heart and push aside t
CAC reporting in

I find it ironic how most of the hippity hoppity nikkas glorify violence and promote criminal behaviour through their music, but as soon as someone shoots back, they get shook and cry fake tears about "how our children are growing up in a violent enviroment". These are coming from the same damn people who shoot up clubs every weekend.

Get the fukk outta here with that bullshyt. You did this for yourselves, and your enviroment is just reacting to it.

If hip-hop didn't spread the image of the "urban youth" (which we all know means "dangerous and violent black thug" in their minds), do you think the police would shoot these people on sight?

Of course not.

As much as you want to fight it, you know it's true. Hip-Hop hurts the black communities. And this is the culture you are fighting so much for. :dead:

edit: I see lots of catched feelings in those negs :smugbiden:
These are true and honest thoughts from the White America. Debate me instead of hiding behind an anonymous private message
As most music consumers are white y'all are the ones really buying into this crap and most won't support hip hop that isn't negative as we have seen based on numbers. Rappers are oportunists and most will sell their FAM to make it so stereotyping themselves ain't shyt. Hip hop doesn't hurt the black community the industry does. It pushed away most to all intelligence out the music in favour of the trash that sells

It's a direct correlation.

The hip hop industry keeps the stereotypes alive. The masses are easily conditioned by these images.

Images of destruction. Millions of dollars made off of images of destruction.

Fam... Direct correlation

As humans we're already born with natural prejudice.

First thing the mainstream media did after his death was drum up stereotypes a genre of music they own and played dumb as they did it

Mike Brown was a thug?

Mike Brown was a gangster?

Mike Brown rapped :mjlol:

Really?

Just play into the fears of a boogie man that you've created? 12% of the population and we're all thugs?

When I wear a hoody I'm a threat but when you wear a hoody you're not a threat?

Nah.. It's time to let hip hop die.

These Jewish men have made enough cake out our expense. It's costing us generations and lives.

Actually I do see what you're saying, because around 12 years ago I moved out to the 'burbs.

I haven't run into any hard core racists or anything like that but most of these people have zero interaction with black people, so everything they learn is from pop culture

Now, if all that negative shyt didn't exist, these people might still have a negative opinion about black people. But all that shyt existing definitely don't help.

Most of it is either fear of the unknown, or just pure human laziness.
