How do those drinks taste? :guilty:

they're really good actually! taste kinda along the lines of Gatorade or Powerade. sugar-free w/ 40g of protein per bottle. much easier for me to suck down(pause) one of these real quick post workout as opposed to mixing up a shake. :lift:

i buy my cases @ GNC and i have a gnc gold card so i save everytime....plus they sometimes have sales..clearance (on close to expiration packs) just gotta search.

My physique is godly i can eat what i like, im actually seriously cut i just eat crap from time to time. I just :childplease: all you nikkaz that take this shyt so seriously. A balanced diet involves a lil bit of everything, remember that.

I'll usually have this pre or post work out

1/2 cup oats cooked
2 small yogurts (i used 2 activia cherry flavored yogurts)
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (i used myofusion delicious vanilla)
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 banana
splenda to taste
1 tbsp of honey

Cook the oatmeal and mix it with the cocoa powder and splenda. Mix the yogurt with the whey protein, then add that to the oatmeal. Cut up one banana and add it to the bowl and then add the honey for them fast acting carbs :jawalrus: Let it chill in the fridge for about 30 mins then eat. shyt is bomb and according to calorie counter from my phone it comes out to 10g fat, 122g carbs, 39g protein with 700 calories :obama:
