My physique is godly i can eat what i like, im actually seriously cut i just eat crap from time to time. I just :childplease: all you nikkaz that take this shyt so seriously. A balanced diet involves a lil bit of everything, remember that.

i mean if you was doing michael phelps type work (or even just an athlete) I could fade that but mickey d's after you just did leg work won't make all that cholestorol/sodium/saturated fat dissapear :ld:

That's the main problem right dere. Fast food is loaded with chemical additives. Which can have adverse effect on your body, not necessarily the external output(your physique), but the clogging of organs ; blocking of nutrients.

My n1gga, you had "white" bread and greasy ass chicken :wtf:

Not to mention, you don't who's cooking your food. They could stretch their balls and pick their nose, right before they touch your food. You always be skeptical of this.

Ive actually cut a lot of fast food out of my diet, it was one of my new years resos, slip every now and then though :youngsabo:

I'm almost to the point where I don't :eat: any red or white meat. I still eat organic meat from time to time. I convince myself that it's safe, but who knows.

Educate me real quick, if you're trying to bulk why is fast food looked down on?

I'm on a 5x5 program (madcow's) and from the SS website the trainer says to get 3000 cal/day, even if it means hitting stuff like fried chicken.
