A group of kids had a mini-riot in Midtown Manhattan over cops/EMS trying to take their friend to the hospital after a cab hit him and he didn't want to go a week ago. Even if the kids recording aren't his friends they could've done something after the attack stopped.

Let me clarify - there's a lot of unsanctioned subsets running around under the Crips (and Bloods) flag that need to be vetted bc the concept of a white dude running around with the association, should be checked. Not putting fault on the OG sets, bc people are running around vouching for this and that or merging just to have credibility without getting authorization or permission from the main. In NY, certain sets have to be blessed by Chicago for the affiliation they claim. But at the same time, the younger sets, divide off into subsets even further based on blocks and linking up. Are parents not even trying? I know a lot of parents work full time, and the kids have to take care of themselves a lot, but what the hell are the parents saying when they are around? And the how are the ones who aren't working long hours not keeping track of their kids. It's no secret what kids are getting into. Is this the result of teen parents who weren't raised properly themselves?

I realized a lot of parents are attention whores on social media themselves, which is why you STILL see kids posting inapproprite pics, and chasing clout online. But is anyone teaching basic humanity anymore? Is there no fear of consequences?

Something like this just happened to my coworkers son. He wasn’t killed but he was attacked by a group of like 8 boys over a girl. He’s black (half but they were still calling him all types of racist shyt in the videos) and of course all of them including the girl were white.
