That's a bit much. If everybody went to jail for trying to make the opposite gender, jealous, by talking or walks home- a whole lot of people would be locked up.
This is a 17-18 yr old girl; it's not like she's a grown adult caught having sex with dude. For all we know, she could have broken up with the white boy and he decides to escalate out of his own jealousy.
