I was excited for this but all the news about it is making it look trash to me. These new pokemon designs are terrible and I'm pretty open minded when it comes to them. Like I would consider more than 2 thirds of them to be actively bad, with a small handful being ones I like.

I'm not sure if I will still buy it.

all the starters are anthropomorphic like digimon. digimon at least can speak, pokemon are like animals that look like humans

I always thought the humanoid pokemon were creepy as fukk but now they're OD-ing on it. They look like trash digimon.

You get paid shyt relative to the energy and time put in and your job is making a product hoping to please a group of mostly degenerates and children. The series has always leaned towards kids yet most of the vitriol is always from adults that have determined it's not enough to hit corporate pages or simply vote with your wallet, they're going to spend as much time hunting for personal accounts/info as they do hunting shinys.

So now you gotta read their dumb shyt on your professional page as well as have them tell you they're buying the game used from Gamestop so you don't get a dime right next to the pics of your family and personal moments.

Not hard to see how it's very easy to get burnt out in the profession, who wouldn't taking disrespect from backwood looking cacs all day.
