You're in for some fun. They did the original Sapphire justice and added A LOT. You can encounter other players bases that you might've traded with or battled online and battle them whenever you wish there.

And X, Y, Sapphire, Ruby are all compatible so if Moon and Sun aren't yet they will be. I just won't be able to trade you for any Pokemon that came out after Sapphire.

Really feared that this Ditto shyt would drive me insane and elude me for a long time but I caught one tonight right next to a gym I was battling in the form of Pidgey. CP is 373 already battled with it but it got waxed pretty good by the Gyarados it took the form of.

I think if they created an alternative to the tracking people would ha e stayed around. I heard they were going to have special incense that lures certain types of Pokémon. It's really difficult to fill in the blanks by randomly walking around.

It was something pathetic that I transferred it to the Professor as soon as I caught it.What cp was it? I have caught 2 so far both with less then 100 cp
yeah man the Pokemon universe for DS is just light years better.
i haven't seriously played these games for YEARS and coming back now is amazing with the technological advancements. battling and trading online with no cables, creating cribs and visiting other peoples cribs and battling them there...
access to literally 700+ Pokemon... what I need Pokemon Go for? Killing my phone battery and running up my data, not to mention hustling around for Pokeballs lol.

So the shyt will show pokemons that are at pokestops several blocks away, but won't show a Snorlax outside my house slightly out of range.
Shoulda did it like at SF. The top 6 pokemons are near pokestops, the bottom spots are for pokemon in your close surrounding.

It was good while it lasted. I played back on Halloween but for 30 minutes when I used a lure but that's about it. Maybe I'll go and play now
