shyt happened when i had a growlithe and now i cant find another one

I have a male Nidoran and I don't even remember catching it

Went out shopping got me a Squirtle, 2 Bellsprouts, a Polywhirl, another Staryu, another Goldeen, a Kakuna, another Krabby and tons of Rattatas and Pidgeys and Spearows.

A Magikarp and Bulbasaur ran away :sadnat:

Good.news: I got a staryu and I was no were near water and I evolved my pidgey to a pidgeot. Caught and Oddish with 200 cp

Bad news: I wasted my last 30 poke balls trying to catch a butterfree and it broke out about 6-7 times

I restarted my game and Chose Valor, i grinded my pokemon to hell and now im back in the same level i was when picking yellow i Evolved Eevee to Flareon and currently shes currently my top Pokemon

Haven't challenged any gyms yet. A lot of them located at churches. Saw a Snorlax once, never saw another one again.
