The signer of the bill “was around” during this time and says it was shyt :camby: FOH throwing on a cape for unmitigated mass incarceration you goofy ass authoritarian weirdo… you probably can’t wait to indiscriminately lock some more nikkas up

I get what you’re saying but the 94 crime bill isn’t as black and white as most make it seem. Unfortunately A LOT of black people also backed the bill. I lost family members because of the crack epidemic from drugs and banging so on one hand I get it.

Two things can be true at once. With law that is literally the case. Bill never really said the bill was “shytty” specifically he said it helped spearhead mass incarceration that was occurring and many economists, criminologists, and sociologist “moderately” pinpoint the 8 billion dollars incentives to state prisons as the reason.

But…….. the mass incarceration of black people was heading that way during the 70s snd 80s strictly due to the racial and bias justice system African Americans face in the country because of the hard on crime wave of politics republicans and democrats were pushing.

He also said, during the time you’re suggesting, it help lower crime. It “modestly” did. But many economists, criminologists, and sociologists pinpoint increases employment, better policing methods, an aging of the population, and lastly growth in income and inflation as the reason.

Also you have to understand why he said both these things. 1. He was pandering for votes for Hillary not out of the kindness of his heart. 2. He also later during 2016 changed his position and explained his reasoning why he did it. So once again you can’t simplify it by any means.

But unfortunately we maybe headed toward something seriously worse!!! I don’t know the answer for the violence that’s occurring. Having worked with young boys by mentoring them I just think our mind state has to change first. Just look at the posts in this thread.

We not only celebrate negativity and ignorance too much, we allow it to control our lives.

The police don’t want investigate. How the hell would they know this?

Breh, did you watch the damn video?

The manager of Roscoe's said he saw PnBRock give them a shout out on his Instagram live while in the parking lot. He said that. Not police.

His girl then posted their location, essentially confirming it, on her story. Everyone has seen that post.

Combine that with everyone saying that they headed right to his table and shot him before he even had a chance to give up the goods. It doesn't take that big of a leap to think nikkas saw it on his Instagram. Which is exactly how they got Pop Smoke and countless others.

How much more proof do ya'll need?

Of course they did they were sold on it being a miracle fix to deeply rooted socioeconomic issues that continue to shockingly plague or society to this very day. Most Americans however do not have an interest in conceptualizing multilayered intricate responses to societal problems …they want the quick fix ..the bandaid. And if some detestable authority figure tells them that they have a simple remedy for their problems, fears, and worries many of them as you see in this thread can’t wait to take the bait ..cavalierly disregarding any of the additional consequences that may be associated with that course of action. Which again circles right back to Bill Clinton’s mea culpa on his trash ass legislation, you can try to sanitize his words or hand-wave away him deriding a marquee staple of his presidency all you want but he clearly has pivoted.

Once again you can’t speculate without facts. The people who robbed and killed him could be following him as soon as he touchdown off a plane.

someone in the restaurant could gave up info

u got to catch the suspect to get the info. U can’t assume shyt like that. Thats bad police work

:dahell:

They saw it on their Instagram so that's the working theory until suspects are apprehended.
a Theory is fine. No issue with that. But being definitive about it is idiotic

so the first thing hopefully the cops did was look at cameras in area the time PNB pulled up to the restaurant check any suspicious vehicle to see if he was being tailed

Rappers are so revered nobody wants to say anything bad about them but a lot of rappers are IDIOTS

The more I learn about this PNB case the dumber it sounds

Being a rapper is a catch 22 because the reckless, stupid shyt that gets nikkas famous is the same reckless, stupid shyt that gets them killed. This goes all the way back to Pac.

A rapper talkin his shyt on record like "I was in Roscoe's with 100k in jewelry on, eating waffles and wings with my white S550 outside" gets nikkas hype when it sounds good, but when you look at it objectively that shyt is comically stupid. Nikka you was doing what?:pachaha:

Nikka I laugh in disbelief every time I think of that Benny situation:mjlol: A nikka walking around one of the most hood Walmarts in Houston wearing expensive jewelry because WHY? Nikka what the fukk are you doing?

Rap is a trap because stupidity is your bread and butter, and you're making the LEAST money off your stupidity
Might be one of the greatest posts in coli history.

I don't think I said anything we don't all innately realize. Deep down we KNOW how ridiculous rap can be but again that's a large part of the draw. These are just things, like a lot of the black communities issues, that you're not supposed to address or say out loud

But once I saw Pooh Sheisty rob a nikka in a lime green Lambo while having hit songs I couldn't ignore the shyt anymore:mjlol: it's all a contest of who can out stupid who, and people LOVE the fukkery. Not just cac suburban kids, EVERYBODY loves the bullshyt.

So ego + the need to out gangsta your peers and predecessors+ the need to floss + social media= rappers doing the most outwardly retarded shyt to show nikkas "I'm really like that"

I also think it's worth mentioning that Pac is the cause of all this but I know nikkas REALLY don't wanna go there:russ:

Adam22 does not care about PNB Rock or any rapper. He's using them to get views and line his pockets.

Get this cac outta here :camby:
I've never watched that cornball in my life but you're also describing every record label/publisher/distributor. All owned by CAC billionaires exploiting black death 1000000000000x more than Adam22 ever will. They've been doing it since the dawn of the record industry.

Yet you keep paying for Spotify/Apple Music/CDs/etc/etc/etc.

Everyone making money off these bodies. All the labels would have to do is not sign these rappers or forbid them from releasing certain type of records. Clive Davis did that shyt with Kelly Clarkson by nixing whatever he thought was corny. You're telling me Tommy Matola couldn't do it with demonic music? That's where the power is. Drawing the line at Adam22 is hilarious.

If da day arrives that sum'n happens to Akademics, I'on wanna see no outrage or folks to act like they don't know why.

Budden's solution to the problem is to act like it doesn't exist :russ: What a fukking idiot.

Why doesn't he start in on all of the white CAC record label executives funding these beefs? He punching low because he's a clown.

Exactly. We all have our contribution to this fukkery

I think blaming old white record execs is becoming archaic tho. Above all else these labels are about making money and wouldn't support anything that didn't have massive demand. It's easy to point the finger at the distributors but nikkas get quiet when it's time to address the amount of people that devour this content

And now with social media/YouTube you have a new drill rapper every week, whether their songs got them poppin in their neighborhood or nationwide. Ain't no labels crafting these rappers. All labels do these days is look for who already has a following

Again it's easy to say the labels are leading nikkas to water, but the truth is by the time they get to the water nikkas down there having a pool party:manny:
