Playstations Bungie acquisition is officially complete

If destiny had a traditional single player campaign story shyt would be dope... but they wanted that always online fast MMO fast money... same shyt with that EA game anthem...damn all that hype at E3 for nothing!!!!

All these acquisitions are bad for the industry, but apparently bungie only agreed to this deal with the expectations that Sony wouldn't stop them from releasing multi platform games in the future.

Yeah he does, he's been trolling console stans for awhile now. He's just trolling Sony stans who had a problem with Microsoft's Bethesda and Activision deals.

But honestly what Microsoft is doing is completely different than Sony no matter how much people wanna argue that Sony does the same shyt. Microsoft is buying huge third party publishers while Sony mainly buys stand alone studio's that were already working exclusively with Sony. Microsoft has enough money to monopolize the gaming industry, and that shyt shouldn't be allowed to happen, but the ftc doesnt really give a fukk. This forum is plagued with stan wars so a conversation on why this is bad for the industry can't happen.

the conversation to be had revolves around why studios that are doing just fine by themselves would reach out along with the environments they're trying to establish a footing in - and there are many growing giants outside of sony/ms that have been making a killing the past 4 years.

if people are stuck on sony v microsoft in 2022, they're not plainly paying attention anymore
