What if PS5 is only 40% powerful than the Pro, you won't cop right? Don't be full of shyt, you're Day 1 with that system. Me too. You're one of the true gamers in here, so the Scorpio should be a no brainer for you as you should be nowhere near this Stan wars shyt. Personally, I do know that every old game doing 4K60 is pure , but let them have their day.

We need Microsoft and Nintendo to kill with the Scorpio and Switch, to light a fire under Sony. It's going to give us a very powerful PS5 earlier than expected. I really doubt Sony would sit back and allow Scorpio to be the premier system for more than 2 years with the U.S. market being so close, so you might as well save up for the 5 now.

PS5 is going to be a huge jump in technology. Resolution bumps/framerates aren't the benchmarks for which you judge a console's power.

There was friggin 1080P/60fps racers on PS3, so I guess a 1080P/60fps racer on Xbox 1 would be equal to it right?? smh it doesn't work like that.

Okay I just read through this entire thread and boy oh boy is there A LOT of fanboyism/butthurtness being displayed in not only this thread but around the web.

This is why I am glad that I am not a dedicated stan because the Scorpio proves in gaming that things can change quickly in one gen or mid gen. I say this because I NEVER seen such rampant hypocrisy from BOTH sides,

You have Xbots now talking about power this and power that. When before the Scorpio they claimed they only cared about games. But WORSE you have PS stans who use to make it their biggest argument that they had the most POWERFUL console, that Xbox One was weak shyt with shiity resolution and that multiplats are better play on the PS4. Again boy have things have changed. Never seen this much flip flop.

I will say this... Either... 1. The Scorpio comes out selling GREAT! 2. Has MANY quality AAAE exclusives. 3. Or games take FULL advantage of the Scorpio then the Playstation side is going to get COOKED and badly. #3 will be the WORST case scenario even IF the game is a multiplat. And if anyone is saying that the Scorpio is not impressive in terms of Console standards in terms of hardware then you are just a fanboy yourself.

Either way I stick to what I said in that until the XBox brand releases many NEW quality AAAE exclusives then I do not care for the Scorpio.

Games will ultimately decide if it sells great when you need first party games to do so. 3rd party devs will probably have to keep working on scorpio games after release l

I am having fun enjoying the banter but these guys are even discussing PS5 when Sony is only discussing a revised PS4 Pro. These guys are crazy.

Business sense it doesn't make sense for Sony and they are releasing a revised PS4 Pro this year. They need to chalk up having the weak powered system for about 3 or more years.
