Jerian Grant, Thanasis, Porzingis, Labeyrie, (maybe early or lance thomas) Galloway, Amundson, Shved, and maybe the Lithuanian kid Ovidijus Galdikas

It's a step at a time out here. Last year's roster was an aborition, at least we'll have NBA level talent across the board out here.

Yeah, but that's the thing, you have to just keep making good decisions, and put yourself in a position to draw top talent eventually, or have the flexibility to trade for it.

Yup, I mentioned Alan Anderson the other day too. Haven't heard anything about him and I'm sure he'd be cheap. Tough guy, sharp shooter. Need those.

I like Anderson too. Knicks should have signed him before they signed Affalo. I would feel comfortable with Anderson starting at the 2, I think he's gonna beast with more PT.

Aldridge clearly wants to leave the Blazers , and even giving the lakers another meeting . But WE COULDNT EVEN GET A MEETING with him so to say it was a long shot etc is ok if we pitch and don't get him but to get shut down before that pitch even happens is embarrassing

Knicks told him they wanted him to play center. That was a no deal for him

Anderson is a solid scorer off the bench. Hopefully he doesn't wanna leave the city, and takes a cheap deal.

What about d fish though, phil can sign all the decent to good players but that means nothing if fish can't get their potential

This year will be more telling of Fisher's coaching ability than last year.

Hard to ask a rookie coach to win games without professional level talent

As much as melo gets clowned (and yes a lot of it is deserved, like why tf are u playing in the all star game when u need surgery? ) when healthy he's the second best player in the east.
Now that he has respectable players around him this team should win 45 games (barring injuries of course which is a huge stipulation).
